07 How do I use One+ hydroxyapatite toothpaste?
Brush twice daily with a pea-sized amount for two minutes, then spit. Follow the product directions and any advice from your dentist.
08 Can children use it?
For children under 3, use a rice-grain amount; for ages 3–6, use a pea-sized amount. A caregiver should supervise brushing and encourage children to spit rather than intentionally swallow. 10 Can I switch from fluoride toothpaste to One+?

11 Is 10% hydroxyapatite the right concentration?

12 Does hydroxyapatite help with sensitive teeth?

15 Can I use it during pregnancy?
