10 How do I use One+ hydroxyapatite toothpaste?
Brush twice daily with a pea-sized amount for two minutes. Spit, don't rinse — leaving a thin film on the teeth gives the hydroxyapatite more contact time to bind to enamel. No special technique required; a soft-bristle brush and consistent daily use is what matters.
11 How long does remineralization take?
Most people notice reduced sensitivity within 2–4 weeks of daily use. Visible enamel changes take longer — typically 8–12 weeks of consistent brushing. Hydroxyapatite works cumulatively, so the longer you use it, the more complete the remineralization.
12 Does hydroxyapatite whiten teeth?
Not in the bleaching sense. HAp rebuilds the enamel surface, which can restore a natural, healthy appearance and reduce the look of translucency at the edges. It won't change your underlying tooth color the way peroxide strips do — but healthier enamel often looks brighter.
