Refund policy

This Returns and Refunds Policy applies to consumer purchases made directly from klyyr.com. Products bought from a retailer, marketplace, dental office, reseller, or other third party must be returned through that seller unless we agree otherwise in writing.
60-day satisfaction window
We want Klyyr to be easy to try. If you are not satisfied with an eligible product purchased directly from klyyr.com, contact us within 60 days after delivery. Used and unused products may be eligible. We do not charge restocking fees for eligible consumer returns.
How to start a return
Email hi@klyyr.com with your order number, the email address used at checkout, and a short note about the issue. We may ask for photos, lot information, or other details so we can verify the purchase, improve the product, and prevent misuse of the policy.
Eligibility
To qualify for a refund, the product must have been purchased directly from klyyr.com and the request must be submitted within the 60-day window. We may deny or limit returns and refunds when we reasonably believe a request involves abuse, resale activity, fraud, excessive repeat claims, non-consumer use, or a purchase not made through our store.
Return shipping
Unless a product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect because of our error, return shipping may be your responsibility. If we provide a prepaid return label, the cost of that label may be deducted from your refund unless we tell you otherwise. We are not responsible for return packages lost in transit, so we recommend using a trackable service.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible. Your bank, card issuer, Shop Pay, PayPal, or other payment provider may take additional time to post the refund. Original shipping charges, expedited shipping, gift wrapping, duties, taxes, and other non-product fees are not refundable unless required by law or unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days after delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the package and product. If we verify the issue, we may replace the item, send missing items, or refund the affected product at our discretion.
Final sale and non-returnable items
Gift cards, digital goods, free gifts, samples, promotional items, and products marked final sale are not returnable unless required by law or unless we expressly state otherwise. We also cannot accept returns of products purchased for resale under this consumer policy.
Exchanges
We do not guarantee exchanges. If you want a different product, size, flavor, or shipment cadence, contact us and we will help when possible. We may process the request as a return and a new purchase.
Subscriptions
Returning or refunding a subscription order does not automatically cancel future subscription renewals. You must cancel, pause, or change the subscription separately through your account or by contacting us before the next order is processed.
No medical promises
Klyyr products are oral care products, not professional dental treatment. Refund eligibility does not depend on a clinical result, and no refund should be understood as an admission that a product is unsafe, defective, or unsuitable.
