About
Built for people who read the label.
Klyyr began at UVU when brothers Ben and Will Wright asked whether AI could help solve the teeth problems they had both dealt with their whole lives.
Meet the Wright brothers
We’re Ben and Will Wright—brothers, Klyyr co-founders, and students at Utah Valley University. We’re part of the very first cohort in UVU’s Master of Science in Applied Artificial Intelligence program.
We’re not building airplanes; we’re building clearer oral care. The idea took off at school with a simple thought: wouldn’t it be cool to use AI to help solve the teeth problems we’d both dealt with our whole lives?
For both of us, oral care had always been unusually personal. Sensitivity, enamel concerns, cavities, and reactions to artificial dyes and flavorings kept us reading labels and asking why an everyday product needed to feel so complicated.
That school idea became Klyyr—and One+, our fluoride-free toothpaste with a clearly disclosed 10% nano + micro hydroxyapatite blend and a fully listed 16-ingredient formula.
Why hydroxyapatite
Hydroxyapatite is closely related to the mineral structure of teeth. Published research on hydroxyapatite toothpastes informed our approach, while reminding us to be precise: ingredient-level evidence is not the same as a clinical result for Klyyr.
Every ingredient earns its place
One+ has no SLS and no artificial dyes. Peppermint, spearmint, and menthol give it a fresh mint profile without turning the formula into a mystery.
Built from personal experience
We wanted the product, packaging, and language to make an everyday choice easier to understand. We are not here to overcomplicate toothpaste. We are here to make it clear.
Let's be klyyr.
