What cookies are

Cookies are small files stored on your browser or device. Similar technologies include pixels, tags, local storage, software development kits, and device identifiers. These technologies help websites operate, remember preferences, understand performance, and support marketing.

How we use cookies

We and our service providers may use cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:

  • Strictly necessary cookies. These are needed for site security, checkout, cart functionality, account access, fraud prevention, consent records, and core store operations.
  • Preference cookies. These help remember choices such as region, currency, form entries, or display preferences.
  • Analytics and performance cookies. These help us understand site traffic, product interest, errors, page performance, and how visitors use the site, including through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay, so we can improve it.

Technologies we use

Depending on your choices and how you use the site, the following providers may set cookies or similar technologies:

  • Shopify. Hosts the store and powers cart, checkout, accounts, security, fraud prevention, and store analytics.
  • Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager. Measure traffic, product and checkout activity, and deploy measurement tags.
  • Microsoft Clarity. Measures browsing behavior and site performance and creates behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replays that help us diagnose problems and improve the site. Clarity may use first-party cookies (_clck and _clsk) and Microsoft-domain cookies or identifiers (including CLID, ANONCHK, MR, MUID, and SM).
  • TikTok Pixel and Events API. Measure TikTok ads, match audiences, and, where permitted, show relevant ads.

Clarity may collect or receive cookie and session identifiers, device and browser information, IP-based approximate location, page and rendering information, clicks, scrolls, mouse or touch movements, selections, diagnostic events, and performance information. Sensitive form content is masked by default. Microsoft describes its processing in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

These providers may process information according to their own terms and privacy notices when they act independently. Under some U.S. state laws, analytics and advertising cookies can be a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information for money.

Personal information

Your choices

You can control cookies in several ways:

  • Use the Your Privacy Choices link in the footer, which opens available preference tools where supported.
  • Where a cookie banner or consent tool is shown, accept, decline, or customize non-essential cookies.
  • Microsoft Clarity supports Global Privacy Control and the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out tools. Where consent is required and not granted, Clarity can operate in a limited mode without persistent Clarity cookies, which limits cross-page session continuity and related features.
  • Use browser settings to block, delete, or limit cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may break cart, checkout, account, payment, and fraud-prevention features.
  • Use industry opt-outs at optout.aboutads.info and optout.networkadvertising.org.
  • Manage ad personalization in your Google and TikTok account settings, and reset or limit advertising IDs on iOS and Android.

Global Privacy Control and do-not-track

Where required by applicable law and where our systems are able to recognize the signal, we treat Global Privacy Control signals as opt-out requests for the browser or device sending the signal. Microsoft Clarity also supports Global Privacy Control. Other "Do Not Track" signals are not standardized, and neither we nor Clarity respond to them unless required by law.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in technology, law, or our business. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
