Privacy policy
Last updated: August 22, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Klyyr LLC ("Klyyr," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses personal information when you visit klyyr.com, shop, subscribe, apply to a program, or otherwise communicate with us (the "Services"). Our store is hosted by Shopify. If this policy conflicts with our Terms of Service on a privacy topic, this policy controls.
Summary of key points
- We collect information you give us (name, email, addresses, order details) and information collected automatically when you browse (device data, IP address, pages and products viewed) through cookies and similar technologies.
- We use third-party analytics and advertising tools, including Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity, and the TikTok Pixel. Microsoft Clarity helps us understand browsing behavior through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay. These tools collect information about activity on our site. Under some U.S. state laws, some of this activity may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising. You can manage available choices on Your Privacy Choices.
- We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
- Payment card details are processed by our payment processors; we never receive or store your full card number.
- Depending on where you live, you have rights to access, correct, delete, and port your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising.
- Questions or requests: hello@klyyr.com or (801) 960-2180.
1. Who we are and notice at collection
Klyyr LLC, 968 E 500 S, Orem, UT 84097, USA, operates the Services. For residents of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, Klyyr LLC is the data controller unless otherwise stated.
At or before collection, we collect the categories listed in Section 2 for the purposes in Section 3, disclose them as described in Section 5, and retain them as described in Section 12. We "sell" or "share" identifiers, commercial information, internet activity, and approximate location with advertising and analytics partners as described below. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you.
By using the Services you acknowledge this policy. Where a law requires consent for a specific activity, we will ask for that consent separately.
2. Personal information we collect
When we use the term "personal information," we mean information that identifies, relates to, describes, or can reasonably be linked to you. It does not include information that is anonymous, aggregated, or de-identified such that it cannot reasonably be linked to you. If we de-identify data, we will not try to re-identify it except to test our de-identification, as permitted by law.
2.1 Information you provide to us
- Contact details, including your name, billing address, shipping address, phone number, and email address.
- Order and transaction information, including the items you view, add to your cart or wishlist, purchase, return, exchange, or cancel, and your order history.
- Payment information, including form of payment and payment confirmation. Payment card details are collected and processed directly by our payment processors (such as Shopify Payments, Shop Pay, or PayPal). We do not receive or store your full payment card number.
- Account information, including your username, password, security questions, preferences, and settings.
- Communications, including information you provide when you contact customer support, respond to surveys, leave a product review, apply for wholesale, dental, career, or affiliate programs, or otherwise communicate with us.
- Marketing preferences, including your email or SMS sign-up status and communication choices.
Please do not send us government ID numbers, medical records, or other sensitive health information. Product questions and reviews should stay limited to your shopping and use of the product.
2.2 Information we collect automatically
When you use the Services, we and our third-party providers automatically collect certain information about your device and how you interact with the Services using cookies, pixels, and similar technologies (see Section 4 and our Cookie Policy):
- Device and connection information, such as device type, operating system, browser type and version, screen resolution, language settings, IP address, and approximate geographic location derived from your IP address (city/region level — we do not collect precise geolocation).
- Identifiers, such as cookie IDs, session IDs, and advertising click identifiers (for example, the TikTok click ID "ttclid").
- Usage information, such as the pages and products you view, searches you run, items you add to your cart, how you arrived at our site, the dates and times of your visits, and how you navigate the Services. When Microsoft Clarity is active, this may also include clicks, scrolls, mouse or touch movements, selections, window resizing, page layout and rendering information, and diagnostic or performance events used to create behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replays.
2.3 Information we collect from third parties
- Shopify and other service providers that enable technology for us or collect or process personal information on our behalf.
- Payment processors and fraud-prevention providers, such as payment confirmations and fraud-screening signals.
- Advertising and analytics partners (such as Google, Microsoft, and TikTok), including information about your use of the Services, interactions with advertisements, and campaign or site-performance data.
- Shipping and fulfillment partners, such as delivery status information.
- Social media platforms, if you interact with our pages, posts, or ads on those platforms, subject to your settings on those platforms.
2.4 Inferences
We may draw inferences from the information described above — for example, about your product preferences — to personalize your shopping experience and our marketing.
2.5 Sensitive personal information
We do not seek to collect sensitive personal information (such as government identification numbers, precise geolocation, health diagnoses, or biometric data). The only category we collect that may be considered "sensitive" under certain laws is your account log-in credentials, which we use solely to maintain and secure your account and do not use to infer characteristics about you.
3. How we use your personal information
- Providing the Services. To process payments and orders; arrange shipping, returns, and exchanges; create and manage your account; remember your preferences and cart; enable product reviews; send transactional notifications; and provide customer support.
- Personalization and improvement. To tailor the Services; understand how visitors use them through analytics, behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay; measure performance; diagnose errors; and improve products, Services, and marketing.
- Marketing and advertising. To send marketing communications by email, text message, or postal mail where you have opted in or where otherwise permitted; to show advertisements for our products on other websites, apps, and platforms (including TikTok); to build advertising audiences; and to measure campaigns.
- Security and fraud prevention. To authenticate your account, provide a secure checkout, and detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent, illegal, unsafe, or malicious activity.
- Legal compliance. To comply with law and legal process; respond to government requests; participate in legal proceedings; enforce our terms; and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
- No solely automated legal decisions. We do not make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects based solely on automated processing.
For visitors from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, the legal bases are described in Section 13.
4. Cookies, pixels, and similar technologies
We use cookies, pixels, local storage, tags, and similar technologies to operate the Services, analyze usage, and support advertising. Some are first-party and some are set by the third parties below.
4.1 Categories
- Strictly necessary. Required for cart, checkout, session, security, and fraud prevention. These cannot be disabled through preference tools.
- Analytics and performance. Help us understand how visitors find and use the store.
- Advertising and targeting. Used to show relevant ads, limit repetition, and measure performance.
- Functional. Remember choices such as region or language.
4.2 Specific technologies
| Technology / provider | Purpose | Examples |
|---|---|---|
| Shopify (Shopify Inc. / Shopify International Ltd.) | Hosts the store; powers cart, checkout, accounts, security, fraud prevention, and store analytics. | _shopify_y, _shopify_s, cart, _secure_session_id |
| Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) | Site analytics: traffic sources, page views, product and checkout activity, and performance. | _ga, _ga_ |
| Google Tag Manager (Google LLC) | Deploys measurement and advertising tags. Data collected depends on the tags it deploys. | N/A (deploys other tags) |
| Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation) | Behavior analytics, including behavioral metrics, heatmaps, session replay, diagnostics, site optimization, and security. | _clck, _clsk, CLID, ANONCHK, MR, MUID, SM |
| TikTok Pixel and Events API (TikTok Inc. and affiliates) | Measures TikTok ads, matches audiences, and shows relevant ads, including retargeting. | _ttp; ttclid |
We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use and interact with the Services. Clarity uses first- and third-party cookies and similar technologies to collect website usage and interaction data and generate behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replays. Microsoft may collect or receive identifiers, device and browser information, IP-based approximate location, page and rendering data, interaction events, and diagnostic or performance information. Sensitive form content is masked by default, but you should not submit sensitive health or identification information through the Services. Microsoft may use information for the purposes described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement, including analytics, service improvement, security, and advertising.
Google's partner-sites notice is at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. TikTok may receive device, IP, page, product, cart, and purchase data, and, where advanced matching is enabled, hashed contact information from checkout. TikTok may use that information for its own purposes as an independent controller under its privacy policy.
4.3 Your cookie and advertising choices
- Privacy choices. Use Your Privacy Choices in the footer. Where Shopify customer-privacy tools are available, that link opens the preference interface for this browser.
- Sale / sharing / targeted advertising. Use the same page, the methods in Section 10, or a recognized Global Privacy Control signal.
- Global Privacy Control. We treat a recognized GPC signal as an opt-out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising for that browser and device (and, where we can associate the signal with an account, for the account as well). We do not respond to other "Do Not Track" signals unless required by law.
- Microsoft Clarity. Clarity supports Global Privacy Control. Where consent is required and not granted, Clarity can operate in a limited mode without persistent Clarity cookies; cross-page session continuity and related features are limited. You may also use the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out tools listed below and select Microsoft where offered.
- Browser and device controls. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may break cart and checkout. iOS and Android offer advertising-ID controls.
- Industry opt-outs. optout.aboutads.info, optout.networkadvertising.org, and, in the EU, youronlinechoices.eu.
- Platform controls. Google Ads Settings and TikTok Settings → Ads.
Opting out of interest-based advertising does not mean you will stop seeing ads — only that the ads you see will be less relevant.
5. How we disclose personal information
- Service providers, including Shopify, payment processors, fulfillment and shipping partners, customer support, email and SMS delivery, analytics, cloud storage, and fraud prevention. These providers may use personal information only to provide services to us, except where they act as independent controllers.
- Advertising and analytics partners, including Google, Microsoft, and TikTok, as described in Section 4. This disclosure may be a "sale" or "sharing" or "targeted advertising" under some state laws. We do not disclose personal information to any third party in exchange for money.
- Payment processors and financial institutions, to process payments and prevent fraud.
- Recipients you direct, such as shipping carriers delivering your order.
- Affiliates within our corporate group, if any, consistent with this policy.
- Parties to a corporate transaction, such as a merger, financing, or sale of assets.
- Legal and safety recipients, where we believe disclosure is required or appropriate to comply with law, respond to government agencies, enforce our terms, or protect Klyyr, our customers, or others.
6. Our relationship with Shopify
The Services are hosted by Shopify, which collects and processes personal information about your access to and use of the Services. Information you submit is transmitted to Shopify and may be processed in countries other than where you reside.
We also use certain Shopify enhanced features that incorporate data from your interactions with our store, other merchants, and Shopify. For those features, Shopify is responsible for that processing, including responding to requests about it. See the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy and, where available, the Shopify Privacy Portal.
7. Third-party websites and links
The Services may contain links to websites or platforms we do not control, including TikTok and other social platforms. We are not responsible for their privacy or security practices. Information you share on public or semi-public venues may be viewable by others without limitation as to its use.
8. Marketing communications
Email. If you sign up for our emails, we will send marketing and promotional messages. You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. If you opt out, we may still send non-promotional messages, such as order confirmations, shipping updates, and account notices.
Text messages (SMS/MMS). If you opt in to text marketing, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing messages at the number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Full terms are in our SMS Terms.
9. Children's privacy
The Services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or a higher age required in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it as required by law. We do not have actual knowledge that we "sell" or "share" the personal information of individuals under 16.
10. Your privacy rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights. These rights are not absolute and we may decline a request as permitted by law.
- Right to know / access
- Right to delete
- Right to correct
- Right to portability
- Right to opt out of "sale," "sharing," and targeted advertising
- Right to limit use of sensitive personal information (we do not use sensitive information in a way that triggers this right)

- Right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights

Verification. We may need to verify your identity before processing a request, for example by confirming information associated with your account or orders. Opt-out requests do not require verification, but we may ask for information needed to locate your records.
Authorized agents. Where permitted by law, you may designate an authorized agent. We will require proof that you authorized the agent, and we may need to verify your identity directly.
Timing. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
Appeals. If we decline to take action, you may appeal by replying to our decision or emailing hello@klyyr.com with the subject line "Privacy Appeal." If your appeal is denied, you may contact your state Attorney General or, where applicable, your local data protection authority.
