Cancellation policy

These Subscription Terms apply when you purchase a recurring Klyyr product subscription. By starting a subscription, you authorize Klyyr LLC ("Klyyr," "we," "us," or "our") and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until the subscription is canceled.

How subscriptions work

Your subscription renews on the cadence you select at checkout or later choose in your account. Unless the product page, checkout, or account page states otherwise, the subscription continues automatically until canceled. Each renewal creates a new order for the products then included in your subscription.

Pricing, taxes, and shipping

The price, discount, shipping cost, taxes, and renewal cadence shown at checkout apply to the first subscription order. Future orders are charged at the subscription price and shipping terms in effect at the time of renewal, plus applicable taxes and fees. We may change subscription prices, shipping charges, or included benefits, but we will provide notice when required by law or when the change is material.

Billing authorization

You authorize us and our payment processors to store and charge your payment method for each renewal, including any applicable taxes, shipping, and fees. If your payment method fails, we may retry the charge, contact you for updated payment information, suspend fulfillment, or cancel the subscription. You are responsible for keeping your billing, shipping, and contact information current.

Renewal notices

We may send renewal, shipment, payment, or account notices by email, SMS, customer account notifications, or other contact information you provide. Where required by law, we will send advance renewal reminders or other legally required notices. Failure to receive a notice does not cancel your subscription if we sent it using the contact information on your account.

Changing, skipping, pausing, or canceling

You can manage eligible subscriptions through your customer account or by contacting hi@klyyr.com. We aim to make cancellation at least as easy as sign-up. You may cancel, pause, skip, swap, or change cadence as made available in your account, subject to inventory and system limitations.

Timing of changes

Changes must be submitted before the next renewal order begins processing. Once an order has been charged, packed, or sent to fulfillment, we may not be able to stop it. A cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already processed. Processed orders are handled under our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Promotions and minimum commitments

Some subscription offers may include a special discount, gift, trial, bundle, prepaid term, or minimum commitment. If an offer has extra terms, those terms will be shown with the offer and will control if they conflict with these Subscription Terms. Unless a promotion clearly says otherwise, standard monthly subscriptions have no long-term commitment and may be canceled before future renewals.

Product availability

Subscriptions depend on product availability. If a subscribed item is unavailable, discontinued, delayed, or changed, we may delay shipment, offer a substitute, modify the subscription with notice, cancel the affected renewal, or refund the affected charge.

Account access

You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure. If you believe someone has accessed or changed your subscription without permission, contact us immediately. We are not responsible for changes made through your account unless caused by our error.

Returns and refunds

Subscription orders may be eligible for return or refund under our Returns and Refunds Policy. A refund for one subscription order does not cancel the subscription or guarantee refunds for future renewals.

Right to refuse or cancel subscriptions

We may refuse, limit, suspend, or cancel a subscription when we reasonably believe it involves fraud, abuse, resale activity, payment risk, excessive returns, illegal activity, violation of our terms, or an error in price or availability. If we cancel an already-paid order for one of these reasons, we will refund any amount required by law.
