SMS Terms

These SMS Terms apply when you opt in to receive text messages from Klyyr LLC ("Klyyr," "we," "us," or "our"). They are part of our Terms of Service and should be read with our Privacy Policy.

Program

If you provide a mobile number and consent to texts, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing, cart, account, and informational messages from Klyyr, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or similar technology. Message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

We may also send transactional texts related to an order, shipment, delivery, subscription, or account you already have with us, where permitted by law, even if you have not joined a marketing list.

How to opt in

You may opt in by entering your mobile number in a Klyyr sign-up form, checkout field, account setting, or keyword campaign and confirming consent where a confirmation step is shown. Providing a number without checking a consent box does not, by itself, enroll you in marketing texts.

How to opt out and get help

Reply STOP to cancel marketing texts. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation and then stop marketing texts to that number. Reply HELP for help, or contact hello@klyyr.com or (801) 960-2180. You may also ask us by email to remove a number from marketing texts.

Opting out of marketing texts does not opt you out of emails, and it does not cancel a product subscription. Some transactional messages may still be sent when needed to complete an order or account request you initiated.

Costs and carriers

Message and data rates may apply. Check your plan with your wireless carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change. Delivery is not guaranteed.

Eligibility and your number

You represent that you are the account holder or customary user of the mobile number you provide, that you are at least 18 years old, and that you will notify us if you change or give up that number. Do not sign up a number you do not control.

Privacy

We use mobile numbers to send the messages you requested, to measure the program, to prevent fraud, and as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell mobile numbers for money. See Your Privacy Choices for advertising opt-outs.

Changes

We may change these SMS Terms or the text program. If we discontinue the program, we will stop sending marketing texts. Continued participation after an update posted on this page means you accept the updated terms.
