Affiliate Program Terms

These Affiliate Program Terms ("Program Terms") apply when you apply to, or are accepted into, the Klyyr creator or affiliate program. They are an agreement between you and Klyyr LLC ("Klyyr," "we," "us," or "our"). If a welcome email, dashboard, or signed insertion order conflicts with these Program Terms, that later writing controls for the conflicting point. Marketing copy on the affiliate page is a summary, not a commission guarantee.

Acceptance and relationship

Applying does not guarantee acceptance. We may approve, deny, suspend, or terminate participation at any time. You are an independent contractor, not an employee, partner, or agent of Klyyr. You may not bind Klyyr or present yourself as a Klyyr employee.

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. You are responsible for taxes on commissions, including any Form 1099 or equivalent we are required to issue.

Commission

Unless your welcome terms say otherwise, approved participants earn 20% of eligible net product sales attributed to your unique code or tracked link. "Eligible net" means the product amount actually paid after discounts, returns, refunds, chargebacks, and cancellations. Taxes, shipping, gift cards, wholesale orders, and other exclusions stated in your welcome terms do not earn commission.

Self-purchases, purchases by your household, and orders we reasonably believe are fraudulent or abusive are not eligible. We may reverse commissions when an order is refunded, charged back, or later found ineligible.

Attribution

Unless your welcome terms say otherwise, tracked-link attribution lasts up to 30 days. A later eligible referral, tracked link, or discount code may replace the original attribution. An order must meet program eligibility rules when placed. Cookie and device limits mean we cannot guarantee every referred visit is captured.

Payouts

Eligible commissions enter the payout cycle described in your welcome terms after any holding period we use to account for returns. Payment method, minimum payout, timing, and available reporting tools are confirmed on approval. We may withhold or offset amounts that are disputed, reversed, or owed to us.

What you may say

You must disclose the material connection in a clear and conspicuous way, as required by the FTC Endorsement Guides and platform rules. Use only claims that are truthful to your experience and consistent with Klyyr-approved or on-label statements. You may not claim that Klyyr products diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease, reverse cavities, replace dental care, or produce a guaranteed clinical result.

Do not bid on Klyyr trademarks in paid search, run coupon or deal-site listings, impersonate Klyyr, or send unsolicited commercial email or texts about Klyyr without our written permission.

Samples and assets

No inventory purchase is required. Samples, codes, links, and asset kits are subject to approval and availability and may be changed or withdrawn. A sample is not compensation for a specific post unless we agree in writing.

Content license

If you tag Klyyr or grant permission, you give us a non-exclusive license to repost or reuse that content in our marketing, with credit where practical. You represent that you own or have rights to the content and that it does not infringe others.

Termination

Either party may end program participation at any time. On termination, you must stop using Klyyr codes, links, and brand assets. We will pay earned, eligible commissions that are not subject to reversal, unless termination is for fraud or material breach, in which case unpaid commissions may be forfeited to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

The program is provided as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Klyyr is not liable for lost commissions caused by tracking failures, platform outages, or third-party tools, and our total liability under these Program Terms will not exceed the commissions paid or payable to you in the 3 months before the claim.

Governing law

These Program Terms are governed by Utah law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes follow the dispute process in our Terms of Service, except that the class-action waiver and arbitration terms apply to program disputes to the fullest extent permitted by law.
