Klyyr LLC ("Klyyr," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to making klyyr.com accessible to the widest practical audience, regardless of technology or ability. We want everyone to be able to learn about our products, shop, manage subscriptions, and contact us.
Our standard
Our goal is to substantially conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA where reasonably achievable for the parts of the site we control. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we review design, code, content, and third-party tools as the site evolves.
Measures we take
Accessibility work may include semantic HTML, keyboard-accessible navigation, visible focus states, color contrast checks, responsive layouts, form labels, alternative text for meaningful images, reduced reliance on motion, and periodic manual and automated testing.
Third-party services
Some parts of the customer experience may be provided by third parties, including Shopify checkout, payment providers, review tools, marketing tools, maps, embedded media, or customer support tools. We choose vendors with accessibility in mind when practical, but we do not fully control third-party code, platforms, or content.
Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some content may not yet fully conform to our target standard. Limitations can come from legacy content, third-party integrations, browser or assistive-technology differences, or new features that have not completed review. We treat accessibility issues as product issues and prioritize fixes based on impact and feasibility.

Please include the page URL, the issue you encountered, your browser or device if relevant, and the assistive technology you are using if you are comfortable sharing it.
Response timing
We aim to acknowledge accessibility requests within 2 business days and to provide a meaningful response or next step as soon as reasonably possible. Some fixes may take longer depending on technical complexity, vendor involvement, or release timing.
No waiver
This statement describes our accessibility goals and efforts. It is not a warranty that every page or third-party service will always be error-free, and it does not waive any defenses or limitations available under applicable law.
